I like these pictures because I feel they really
represent the time period she is capturing, and the use of light in a black and
white photo to give it extra gloom. I also feel the pictures have big message
in both of them, seeing how both of them are single women, leaning over with
alcohol by their side, again, it really gives the sense of the time.
